Labor Day Picnic

Monday, September 4 | 2:00 - 7:00 p.m. | Hiawatha Camp and Retreat Center | Purchase Dinner Tickets

This is the first year for our Labor Day Picnic and it will be packed full of entertainment! We welcome you to invite friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, and even folks you come in contact only sporadically. All are welcome to attend, and registration is not required unless you choose to partake in the provided dinner.  Bring your LAWN CHAIRS and come on out.

The day will start off with open activities, where kids and adults of all ages can enjoy an afternoon of fun and adventure together. Open activities will include the swimming pool, amazing views from the ziplining adventure, as well as gaga ball, and disc golf! Bring your swimsuit, lawn chairs, comfortable shoes, and tons of energy!

We're starting a new tradition with our annual lake baptisms this year by incorporating them into our Picnic. Additional details concerning this special event will be available soon. If you're thinking about getting baptized, please click here.

Dinner will start at 5:00 p.m. We'll have a catered dinner option ($5/person or $20 max/family) or you may bring your own sack dinner. If you would like to participate in the catered dinner, please purchase your Dinner Tickets here. Dinner Tickets will not be available for purchase at the door, so be sure to purchase them by September 1. Please print the registration/payment confirmation page or email as it will serve as your Dinner Ticket. You do not need to purchase Dinner Tickets if you plan to bring your own dinner.

The picnic will wrap up with a Gospel Bluegrass Concert that you and your family will not want to miss!
